Kiwi and Coconut Quinoa Smoothie

Makes 400 ml


2/3 cup Jalna Greek Coconut Yoghourt
1/8 teaspoon grated ginger
2 kiwi, peeled
2 tablespoons quinoa flakes
10g baby spinach


  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and frothy.

Note:  Make sure kiwis are ripe as they add sweetness. You could also use Jalna Sweet & Creamy Yoghourt.

Equipment: You will need a blender.
