2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen blackberries or berries of choice
2 tablespoons chia seeds or LSA (optional)
½ cup Jalna Sweet & Creamy Greek Blueberry Yoghourt (or Greek Natural or Low Fat)
½ cup milk of your choice


Add frozen banana, berries, seeds, and milk to a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a bowl.
Top smoothie with garnish listed below or create your own. 

To garnish

1 teaspoon desiccated coconut
fresh or frozen raspberries
fresh or frozen blueberries
fresh or frozen blackberries
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon pepitas
1 teaspoon activated buckwheat
