Makes 1 1/4 cups


1 beetroot, peeled & grated
½ cup sunflower seeds
½  cup Jalna Natural Greek yoghourt
2 tsp sumac
1 tablespoon lemon juice


Place the beetroot, seeds, yoghourt, sumac, lemon juice, salt & pepper in a food processor & process till smooth. 
Refrigerate till needed
Salt & pepper to taste
