Ingredients:

700g self raising flour
700g Jalna Natural Greek yoghurt
1 tsp baking powder
Sea salt plus extra to sprinkle
4 tablespoons olive oil 
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Method:
In a bowl add all ingredients. Mix together with a spoon, then use clean hands to pat & bring the mix together.
Sprinkle flour on a clean bench. Place the dough on top. Knead for a minute till mix is brought together. Place in a lightly floured bowl and cover. Leave to rest.

Preheat oven 220°C fan forced.
Divide the flatbread dough into 6-8. Using a rolling pin on a lightly floured surface roll out dough in long oval shape. Approx 2mm in thickness. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake the flatbreads in the hot oven for approx. 4-8 minutes until the dough is golden brown.

Roughly chop the parsley. Drizzle with olive oil.
