Cashew & Chickpea dip

Makes 3 cups

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups raw cashews
½ cup water 
Juice of 1 lemon
400g tin chickpeas drained & rinsed
½ cup Jalna Natural Greek yoghourt
1/2 clove garlic finely chopped
 

Method:

Place all ingredients in a food processor & process till smooth.
Salt & pepper to taste
Refrigerate till needed.
