Spicey Yoghurt Guacamole

1 large ripe avocado, halved, peeled 
1 medium red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
2 tablespoons Jalna Greek Yoghurt
1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
Sea salt & cracked black pepper
Corn chips, to serve

  • Coarsely mash avocado with a fork or in a food processor.
  • Add chilli, coriander, yoghurt, lime juice, salt and pepper and mix until well combined.
  • Serve with corn chips or with tacos, wraps or hamburgers
