Peach Mango & Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients:

2 cups coconut milk
1 cup coconut cream
1 cup Sweet & Creamy Peach Mango Yoghurt
Granulated stevia, to taste
1 tsp vanilla powder
Fresh mango, peaches, toasted shredded coconut and pistachios, for serving

Method:

Simply blend together 2 cups coconut milk with 1 cup coconut cream and 1 cup Jalna Sweet & Creamy Peach Mango Yoghurt. Sweeten to taste with granulated stevia, then pour into ziplock bags or ice cube trays and freeze for 2hours. 
Re-blend, adding 1 tsp vanilla powder and pour into a loaf tin. Freeze for another 3 hours, then top with fresh mango and peaches, toasted shredded coconut and pistachios!
