Nectarine Fruit Flan

Filling 1
1 store-bought or home-made pastry case
3-4 nectarines or peaches, thinly sliced

3 teaspoons gelatine
3 tablespoons water
2 ½ cups Jalna Sweet & Creamy Greek Yoghurt

Option 1:

  • Place water in a heatproof cup and sprinkle gelatine over the top. Stand for 5 minutes. Place cup in small saucepan with enough water to come halfway up the cup. Place over a low heat and warm until gelatine has dissolved.
  • Remove cup from saucepan and whisk gelatine into Jalna yoghurt. Spread over pastry case and arrange fruit slices on top.

Option 2

1 store-bought or home-made pastry case
3-4 nectarines or peaches, thinly sliced

1 1/3 cups Jalna Sweet & Creamy Greek Yoghurt
1 1/3 cups store bought thick custard

  • Combine Jalna yoghurt and custard. Spread over pastry case and arrange fruit slices on top.

Option 3
Spread Jalna yoghourt over pastry case, arrange fruit and serve immediately (as whey will separate from yoghurt on standing).
