Honey Vanilla Bean Yoghurt Dip with Fruit

1 ½ cups Jalna Greek Yoghurt
¼ cup honey, or to taste
½ vanilla bean
Fresh fruit, to serve, chopped if large (strawberries, rockmelon, honeydew, pineapple, kiwi fruit, grapes)

  • Combine yoghurt and honey. Scrape seeds from the vanilla bean with a spoon and stir into the yoghurt mix. Taste and add more honey if preferred. Pour into a serving bowl and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  • Arrange fruit on a platter with dipping sauce and small skewers or toothpicks to dip the fruit.

Tip: For an even simpler recipe serve fruit with Jalna Sweet & Creamy Greek Yoghurt.

Chocolate Yoghurt Dip with Fruit

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 5 – 10 minutes
Makes about 1 cup

200g milk chocolate
½ cup Jalna Greek Yoghurt at room temperature
3 tablespoons hot water or liqueur

  • Melt chocolate in a heat proof bowl in 30 second bursts on medium heat in the microwave or place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, being careful the water does not touch the bowl, stirring occasionally, until melted.
  • Stir in yoghurt and hot water or liqueur. Pour into a serving bowl and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  • Arrange fruit on a platter with dipping sauce and small skewers or toothpicks to dip the fruit.
