 Decadent White Chocolate in Chocolate Cups

Makes 8 medium (20g) or 24 bite size (5g) chocolate cups

200g white chocolate, broken into pieces
2/3 cup Jalna Greek Yoghurt
2 teaspoons soy sauce
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
8 medium or 24 bit size chocolate cups
Fresh berries, to serve
Milk or dark chocolate, grated, to serve

  • Melt chocolate in a bowl over simmering water or microwave on medium heat in 30 second bursts, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in yoghurt, soy sauce and vanilla.
  • Pipe or spoon into chocolate cups. Can be served immediately or refrigerated until required. Serve with fresh berries sprinkled with grated chocolate.

Notes: The soy sauce subtly alters the flavour balance to give the white chocolate a cheesecake flavour. Dark and milk chocolate cups are available from selected supermarkets and delicatessens.

Tip: This could also be used as a topping or fondue dip with fresh fruit.
