4 cups fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
2 tablespoons icing sugar
2 cups Jalna Greek Yoghurt
2 cups granola
Honey, to taste
4 mint sprigs, to garnish
- Chop strawberries into halves or quarters. Place fruit and icing sugar in a medium bowl and toss gently to combine. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of yoghurt into 4 parfait, wine or other tall glasses and smooth the surface. Spoon 2 tablespoons of granola over the yoghurt and smooth the surface. Spoon 2 tablespoons of fruit over the granola and smooth the surface.
- Repeat the process, adding a drizzle of honey here and there, to taste. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt and a mint sprig.
Tip: Add other fruit, such as bananas, peaches or mangos.
