Breakfast Chia Pots

After an early morning session, or a long afternoon paddling the ocean, your going to be hungry lets face it- and these delicious, nutritious and delightfully easy to prepare Chia pots are packed full of nutrients and flavor. Packed with Omega 3s, healthy carbs and muscle building protein. Just the thing you need ready to go after that massive ocean effort.

Ingredients

Jalna Yoghurt of our choice (I like the sharpness and health of low fat Greek) Organic raw activated chocolate Bukinis
1⁄2 cup Chia Seeds
1 1⁄2 cup Almond Milk, Soy Milk or Milk of your choice
Vanilla Pods (split lengthwise with seeds scraped)
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Organic Australian honey
Fresh Strawberries, Blueberries and raspberries (or any of your favorite in season fruit) sliced into halves or segments. Edible flowers for garnish
Fresh baby mint sprigs

Method

Combine Chia, Milk, Vanilla, cinnamon and honey in a container. Mix well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, arrange 4 jars, and fill with 1/3 of your chia pudding.
Next up add a few spoonful’s of the Bukinis
Now add a delicious helping of your Jalna yoghurt of choice, top with your favourite fruits, flowers and mint, screw the top on and keep cool until its time to refuel. Enjoy!
