Blueberry and Yoghurt Loaf

Ingredients:

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup coconut sugar
3/4 cup Jalna Sweet & Creamy Blueberry Yoghurt
3 eggs
1 cup blueberries
1 1/2 cup teff flour
3 tsp baking powder

Method:

Place all wet ingredients into a bowl and beat together with an electric mixer until well combined. 

Add remaining dry ingredients and combine. 

Pour batter into a lined loaf tin.

Bake for 1 hour in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius or until a skewer comes out clean (this may be a little more or less time depending on the size of your tin).
